The Esports Course is recognized and endorsed by Vigamus Academy, Italy.
Vigamus Academy, founded in 2014 as part of VIGAMUS Foundation, partnered with the University of Rome "Link Campus University" to establish a university program focused on Gaming. It offers Bachelor's and Master's Degree courses officially recognized by the Ministry of University and Research.
Hybrid Online Esports Course and Master Class
Online Management Course
Starting 9 May until 23 June .
The Online Esports Course will provide students with foundational knowledge and skills in Esports management through a flexible and accessible online platform. [30 Credits]
On Campus Master Class

The Master Class component will offer an advanced curriculum focusing on practical application and experiential learning. It will be delivered on-campus, allowing students to engage directly with industry experts and professionals. [30 Credits]
As part of the expanded curriculum, students will be required to attend a 5-day residency at the Vigamus Academy in Italy. The Master Class will serve as a continuation of the Online Esports Course, offering an additional 30 credits to students. During this residency, students will engage in intensive workshops, seminars, and practical exercises, totaling 30 hours of on-campus learning. The Vigamus Academy, located in Rome, Italy, is a leading institution specializing in the study and promotion of video game culture and Esports. The residency will provide students with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant Esports ecosystem of Italy, while also gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
Our Esports Academy Management Course is a comprehensive program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to navigate the unique challenges of Esports management. The curriculum includes, but is not limited to: Introduction to Esports Ecosystem Event Planning and Management Team Management and Player Psychology Branding, Marketing, and Sponsorship in Esports Legal and Ethical Considerations in Esports Financial Management in Esports Entrepreneurship.
SCHEDULE This is a 30-credit course and consists of 300 hours of total learned and independent learning.
Students will be awarded a certificate equivalent to FHEQ Level 4 upon course completion.
Note: The Final lecture is scheduled for June 16, during which you will receive information about your graduation project.
You will have until Sunday, June 23, to finish the project independently. Completing the project earns you 6 credit points, and it is expected that you spend approximately six hours on it, although you may choose to dedicate more time if you wish. Project presentations are set for June 23 and will last for a total of 90 minutes, from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
